Mini peppers, onions and mushrooms sauteed in garlic and olive oil, then added to marinated tomatoes. Toppings are then placed on a par-baked pizza crust and topped with cheese. Add chicken, sausage, or shrimp for a few dollars more! Regular and cauliflower, (Gluten free!), crusts are available. For a gluten free pizza, (in most cases), choose a cauliflower crust!
Remember, all pizzas are handmade to your specifications, then sauteed and/or marinated overnight. Because of this, it'll be 1-2 days from ordering to pickup/deliver. All pizzas come frozen/wrapped for the freezer. All pizzas are 9-10 inches in diameter. Arrangements can be made for other sizes, if your menu calls for it, (message me with the details). All pizzas need to be baked on a wire rack/pizza stone in a toaster or conventional oven; thawed (best way) @ 500° for 12-14 minutes, and frozen 22-25 minutes @ 425 deg. It'll depend on your oven.
