These pizzas are the overflow/extras from customer orders. They can be as simple as a sausage pizza and as creative as a chicken sausage, spinach and capers. Odds and ends pizzas: left overs from making a bunch of different pizzas. I combine all of it in a bowl mix it up, then top the pizzas.
