1.5 cups tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions mixed
b. pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic
Your favorite steak
1 cup olive oil
3-4 tbsp. unsalted butter
fresh oregano and parsley to taste
Blue cheese mix: blue cheese, mozz, provolone,fontina
Add the olive oil to a pan and heat. add 1 tbsp butter and place the steak on it, searing the steak.
Flip the steak on top of another pat of butter and continue to cook.
( For med- well done steaks, cook longer, adding olive oil and butter as it cooks down)
Add the veggies, herbs, garlic and b. pepper to the pan.
Cook the veggies, timing the steak till it is almost done to order.
Top the steak with the blue cheese mix and cover, melting the cheeses.
