Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix
(from scratch if desired)
1 tube chocolate chip cookie dough
(from scratch if desired)
2 Fuji apples sliced thin, ( 8-10 slices)
5-6 tbsp unsalted butter
8-10 oz Caramel topping
Directions:
Saute the apples in the butter till brown on both sides
put the cookie dough in the bottom of the pan about 1/2 in thick
Cover the cookie dough with the apples.
Cover the apples with caramel
cover the caramel with brownie mix
Bake at 350 for 24-26 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
